Nationally commended, Indy-based MD Logistics receives recognition by Global Trade Magazine.
INDIANAPOLIS – MD Logistics is consistently recognized as one of the country’s top third-party logistics (3PL) providers, but its newest recognition surpasses all borders.
Global Trade has named MD Logistics among the best 3PL providers for small and mid-size shippers. When announcing the award, the magazine praised the company’s newly activated pharmaceutical foreign trade zone in Plainfield, Ind. as their “big step forward” in the 3PL industry.
The recognition continues an award-winning trend for the Indianapolis-based company, which was recently named a Great Supply Chain Partner in 2013 by SupplyChainBrain and a Top 100 3PL Provider by Inbound Logistics.
“This latest award honors our commitment to helping small and medium-sized companies remain effective and efficient in the market,” said Mark Sell, president and co-founder of MD Logistics. “It speaks to our personalized approach, which effectively solves even the smallest problems.”
MD Logistics recently announced an expansion at its Plainfield facility, the result of a 15-percent full-time workforce increase since January 2012.
